Tenant Interview

This is the first and most important step necessary to get started. Our company will conduct a consultation to understand everything about your business and its unique requirements. In order to make a proper recommendation, analysis must be performed at numerous levels.


Market Research and Analysis

During this phase, our company will seek and identify sites that fit your criteria. We will further qualify each site against the list of pre-established metrics from our Tenant Interview. We undertake this time-intensive process so that it allows you to concentrate on your core business.


Site Selection

Upon completion of our research and analysis, we will make a presentation highlighting potential sites that fit your criteria. At this stage you will select sites that you would like to pursue further and our firm will make the necessary arrangements.


Lease Negotiation

We facilitate the lease negotiations and assist throughout the process, working closely with you and the landlord to make sure your requirements are met. Silo Group adds value during this process through its expertise and knowledge of the most current leasing trends in the market.
